GeoStub Legal
Terms & Conditions
These terms are written for GeoStub's current event discovery model and third-party ticket redirect flow.
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using GeoStub. By using the service, you agree to use GeoStub lawfully, responsibly, and in line with these terms.
About GeoStub
GeoStub is an event discovery platform. It helps users discover events and redirects users to third-party ticket providers. GeoStub does not directly sell tickets unless this changes later.
Use of the Service
You may use GeoStub to browse, search, filter, save, share, and open information about events. You must not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, scrape the service at scale without permission, or use GeoStub in a way that harms users, partners, or the platform.
Event Information Disclaimer
Event details may come from third-party sources, public feeds, partners, admin uploads, or automated ingestion. Dates, venues, availability, prices, age restrictions, accessibility details, and cancellation status can change. You should verify important details with the event organizer or ticket provider before travelling or buying tickets.
Ticketing and Affiliate Links
Ticket purchases, refunds, exchanges, payment processing, fulfilment, and customer support are handled by the third-party ticket provider unless GeoStub explicitly states otherwise. Some outbound links may be affiliate links, and GeoStub may earn a commission if you buy tickets after following a link.
Third-Party Websites
GeoStub links to third-party websites and services. Those services have their own terms, privacy notices, prices, cookies, and support policies. GeoStub is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or transaction handling.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your device, network connection, account details if accounts are introduced, and any decisions you make based on event information shown on GeoStub. You must comply with applicable laws and the rules of any venue, organizer, or ticketing provider.
Admin/Internal Access
Admin and internal tools are restricted to authorized personnel. Admin users must keep credentials secure, only access information needed for their role, and avoid exporting or using analytics, event, or partner data outside approved GeoStub operations.
Intellectual Property
GeoStub branding, design, software, copy, and platform features are owned by GeoStub or its licensors. Event names, images, logos, venue details, and third-party content may belong to their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited right to use GeoStub as provided.
Prohibited Use
You must not use GeoStub for fraud, spam, unlawful marketing, infringement, security testing without authorization, malicious code, automated abuse, false event submissions, or attempts to manipulate sponsored, affiliate, analytics, or ranking systems.
Availability and Changes to the Service
GeoStub may change, suspend, or discontinue features, data sources, event listings, ads, affiliate links, or admin tools. We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every event listing will remain available.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoStub is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, travel costs, missed events, third-party ticketing issues, inaccurate third-party event data, service downtime, or unauthorized use beyond GeoStub's reasonable control.
