About Flow Forward 2026
Join us for an enlightening and empowering event at the Flow Forward 2026! This dynamic gathering brings together individuals, professionals, and advocates from diverse backgrounds who share a passion for menstrual health awareness and advocacy. At the Flow Forward Annual Lecture, we aim to challenge taboos, foster education, and inspire change. Through engaging panel discussions, interactive workshops, and insightful keynote speeches, attendees will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of menstrual health, explore innovative solutions, and contribute to a more inclusive and stigma-free society. This Year's Theme is Flowing in Action. This year’s theme we are bringing the various menstrual health organisations to serve an interactive exhibition following a watch party in collaboration with That's On Period. Whether you're a healthcare professional, educator, activist, or simply curious about menstrual health, this event offers a welcoming space for dialogue, learning, and collaboration.
